WHAT has the part 2 comed out . have to look for it 2 ( intro to me if u find it plzzz )
lets see here from what i know i think only 2 episodes are out for the series atm(if i'm wrong someone tell me) but i got the 2 episodes i watched from animeyume www.animeyume.org. I think this topic is supose to be in the anime download section to ^^ well GL
So, after deciphering tsj261's l33t language, I have come up with a solution. By this "tenjo tenge part2 anime," I suppose you mean the Tenjou Tenge OVA (Ultimate Fight) that was recently released. You can get this two episode OVA from either AnimeOne or Shinsen-Subs. Hope I could help.
