I have just one question

I'm an anime-only watcher, but I have one spoiler question I want to know and don't want to know anything else.

Despite trying to avoid knowing anything thats coming up, it has come to my attention that there is a multi-year time skip coming up. My question is this:

After this skip, is Naruto still a Gennin, or has he become a chuunin and they just don't show it?

Thats all I wanna know, don't tell me anything else if you please.
