Making a video.

Hey I'm just wondering..if I wanted to make a sort of video/slideshow on a DVD...I'm not too sure how to explain it because of my lack of english proficiency, but I want to insert photos and some video clips into a DVD so when you play it, its like a slideshow? I also want like..music in the background and stuff...and a menu where you can choose what to play..like in a DVD movie how you can choose which scenes to play..something like that. Can anyone help me on how to make something like that? Thanks.

I'd try Ulead DVD Moviefactory, I don't have it installed right now, but I think it'll let you do the stuff you're looking to do.
