Awesome. Haha, they played on so much stuff from Naruto. A lot of the scenes were almost direct rips, and that guy dattebayo-ing was great. I also liked the bit at the end, with the cutely-drawn explaination.
Yes, it was indeed truly awesome. The katon technique made me nearly fall out of my chair :D
(The Yakitate series is great, by the way. I highly recommend you watch this or read the manga. Puns, comic relief, and some great competitive breadmaking :p What more can you ask for?)

Kinda sorta.... it's the puns that carry the humor in here but you should just d/l it and see for yourself. They do make reference to other series every once in a while but the humor is usually kept within the series.Quote:

thanks for the clip man, brought a smile to my face as well as a very interesting thought. With some work this could actually pass as a Naruto filler lol . It won't surprise me if something like this actually replaces one of the naruto episode, hey it will be the best filler i have seen so far, if it happens that is.
Wow. Just when I was going to post about it here, I find a thread already made for it. It was quite funny when I first saw it. Yakitate Japan mocks all sorts of anime. It's funny how they made Kawachi adding the "dattebayo" after each sentence he said.
