Interesting Naruto theory involving the ending of the series.

Someone posted this on a forum and said he got it off another forum.. What do you guys think? I hope this isn't violating anything on these forums.

4th Hokage (Yondaime)
The 4th is actually quite like the itachi that we've been described to so far. He is nice on the outside and all but he is actually very uneasy with his position. On one hand, he has a duty to protect the village; on the other hand he feels the village puts a limit on his growing power. so during the raid of Kyubi( nine tail), 4th sealed the fox in the belly of his son naruto and left the village with his wife and founded Akatsuki. when the battle is over, and the 3rd saw the seal (and 4th instructions?), he mistakenly thought 4th used the forbiden technique and died. the whole village believing in the 3rd, and the legend of 4th lived on.

4th's wife
Naruto's mother, 3rd daughter. loving mother and loyal wife. she left her new born son with tears. later, she became a member of Akatsuki group. rank #8.

Itachi
After the 4th left Konoha, he sends invatation for the 3 most potential shinobi in the vilage. Orochimaru, Jiraya and Itachi. Orochimaru accepted immediately, but Jiraya and Itachi refused. 4th doesn't want to go against the will of his old sensei, but he did not give up on young Itachi. (i think there is a time lag between inviting oro and Itachi) 4th threatens to kill the Uchiha clan, Itachi still wont give in. thus 4th sends #2 ranked Akatsuki "white tiger" to murder most of Uchiha clan. Seeing that he is no match to Akatsuki, Itachi agreed to join if "white tiger" would spare Sasuke. Itachi want his brother to became stronger than him, thus lied about the family's death, hoping to let Sasuke's anger to become his strength. Itachi then joined Atatsuki as #3, Orochimaru as #5.

Orochimaru
Orochimaru's leaving Konoha was strongly objected by Jiraya. Jiraya ,always believed he could save Orochimaru, finally tipped the 3rd about Oro's secrect place, hoping his sensai would finally talk him out of it. (I dont think this is the same event that was shown in the anime, Oro left village long before Kyubi's attack) In Akatsuki, Orochimaru never trusted Itachi's loyalty with the group, and always was bitter about his being #5. He told 4th about Itachi's real loyalty does not lie with Akatsuki. 4th told Orochimaru if you have the power of Sharingan, then i'll believe you. Orochimaru then challenges Itachi but lost to Sharingan. He then left the group.

Sasuke
Sasuke did not really turn evil. He only wanted to pocess more power. Sasuke's sharingan became more powerfull and eventually killed orochimaru with the help of Kabuto. In the end Sasuke killed Itachi and finally found out the truth, and was send again into despair.

Kakashi
Kakashi died in the battle with "white tiger" while protecting Gai-sensei.(Lee's sensei)

Naruto
Naruto's final battle is with his father, the legendary "Yellow Flash", the 4th Hokage. Naruto defeated 4th with the help from his mother (died while protecting Naruto, but wounded 4th).In the end, naruto became Hokage as he wished.

Others: Sakura became Tsunade's student. Gaara became Kazekage of sand village. Hinata and Naruto got together, so is Shikamaru and Temari. ( some are told by manga already ) In the naruto manga in one part one of the Akatsuki member called another member Yondaime.

more info: Yondaime didn't die actually after sealing Kyuubi. Sandaime thought so because he disappeared, so he assumed by sealing it, he died.

Akatsuki wants the Juinchurikki...the "effort of selfsacrifce"~ Yondaime sealed the Kyuubi so that he could go get it later after creating akatsuki.

What happened to Rin? Who was really in that third casket that Orochimaru was about summon? What happens to kisame, deidara and zetsu?
The Total of Nine Akatsuki Members are: (not in rank order)
1. Yondaime
2. Yondaime's Wife
3. Itachi
4. Sasori
5. Orochimaru
6. Kisame
7. Deidara
8. White Tiger
9. Zetsu

Sasuke gets mangekyou sharingan and copies Orochimaru's move to defeat him you don't have to believe this, but this was released by the japanese board. Oh, well believe what you want to believe! The ending seems reasonable though.

OMG, so much of this doesnt make sense I understand why no one is posting here.

There are so many things wrong with this theory I don't even know where to start.

1. If the third used the same technique that the fourth did on Oro's summons, he knows that the technique causes death. Thus he knows that the fourth is dead. But disregarding this, let's assume that the fourth is alive.

2. Oro did not leave the village before Kyuubi's attack, I'm pretty sure of that. It makes no sense that the 4th would only trust Oro if he had the power of sharingan. Does sharingan automatically make the person who has it truthful or trustworthy? I think not.

3. From events in the manga, we see that Sasuke has really cut his ties with the village. He wants power and was willing to go evil to get it. There is no way that Kabuto would help Sasuke against Oro, he is completely dedicated to Oro. This has been shown many times.

4. No one called an akatsuki member "Yondaime". This guy is probably referring to the faked manga page that shows the fourth as a member of akatsuki.

There are many other problems, but in short, this theory is a steaming pile IMO.

These theories aren't interesting. They're funny.

Seems like a really old theory. Seeing how most of the stuff that's been speculated in it has already been disproved in the manga. Really dumb theory to. Honestly the best naruto fan theory I've ever seen was the one about the uchila clan/tengu connection.

I'm pretty sure it's here somewhere if you search for it on the open discussion thread, but honestly I'm surprised none of the mods have locked this down.

Probably too busy laughing their asses off.

Even if any of this was still possible, it would be way too far out and precise for the story to actually end on a note like this.

I believe Kakashi's father had the alias of "White Tiger" also. He also committed suicide, but whether or not that suicide was fake, might prove that "White Tiger" part of the theory wrong.

If Naruto's mother was also part of Akatsuki, that would a big twist in the story.

Alot of people love to speculate about the 4th being the main evil villian of the series....but really think about how the context of that situation affect the whole storyline...

As it stands right now, the 4th is thought of as one of the greatest heroes of the past. Any time a comparison is made between the 4th and Naruto, it is in relation to something Naruto has accomplished that would hold him in high esteem. The very notion is synonymous with greatness.

For the 4th to become the greatest villian would completely tarnish this perception and would imply that, maybe such a path that Naruto follows does not in fact lead to that of a respected, selfless leader afterall.

Lets take Star Wars for example....
What significance does Darth Vader's role play in the development of Luke? Here, like Naruto, we have a situation where a promising individual emerges, whose past has been hidden to all including himself, and by revealing the truth of his father, the context of Luke's role within the story is to overcome his destiny of falling down the path of corruption that his father took.

On one hand, you've got an individual that strives for the perfection laid out by his predecessor, while the other you've got one that strives to oppose it.

In other words...it would be stupid to make the 4th a villian.

Whether he is the leader of Akatsuki or not, there is great reason to believe Yondaime is still alive.

The 3rd claims his sealing technique against Oro was created by the 4th. There are some major differences between the 3rd's sealing technique and what we have been told of the 4th's technique for sealing Kyuubi.

The 3rd uses a deathgod so that both he and Oro will be sealed inside it to battle for eternity.

The 4th, imo, did not make use of a deathgod and sealed Kyuubi inside of person, Naruto. If, as the 3rd says, the sealer and the sealed are to both be sealed to fight eachother for eternity, should we not see the presence of Yondaime whenever Naruto communicates with Kyuubi to use his chakra? Both Yondaime and Kyuubi should be inside Naruto but that's not the case.

I understand the 3rd's technique could possibly be a variation of the 4th's. But the only similarity I see is the end goal of sealing the opponent and even in that, there are differences. The 3rd's version is supposed to be "for eternity" while, with Kyuubi, we have seen many times the possibility of it being brought back to their world if the seal breaks (Naruto losing control, perhaps breaking the seal himself).

I remember on one of the colored chapter covers they should the back of the akatsuki leader's head, and his hair was brown. I doubt its the 4th.

I think it's more possible that the main villian of Akatsuki is Uchiha Madara than the fourth. And that would be a stretch.
