Looks like only one episode was ever subbed then it was dropped. It was also licenced so the one torrent I did find was deactivated. As to the dub it seems to be indefinitely stalled, the only place where I could find a definitive release date showed 12/12/2012 as the year of release which I interpret to mean, they don't know when it might come out.
