Hello. I'm sorta new here. I had an account years ago but it seems to be gone now.
Anyway, the main reason that I registered again is to get some help. I'd just like to know what character is depicted in this image and from what anime.

I think it might not be related to any anime at all. That's the Comiket building in the background. It's probably just a promotional poster for Comiket.
