There is definitely somebody on the anime staff that is obsessed with Naruto/Sasuke. Like it's not enough they show them kissing in that flashback about 3 times a season, now their adding new kisses to the filler.
Anyway, the episode may have been stupid as hell, but the fight scene at the end was actually pretty awesome.
For those of you who don't want to watch this, here's a quick synopsis.
Sakura wants Sasuke to watch her poop.
