well, it's bad plot, but it's kept me entertained...
the retcon sword should have some limitations.. he needs to 'write' stories that match up between people, think about the party that's going down at Ichigo's house, what if they start recalling memories from their BFF shimatsuki and figure out it doesn't add up? the spell breaks.

still, Ichigo could ask Orihime to reject the effects of the fullbring from both him and the other guy, maybe make up a story that it's making them both crazy.

That's what it looks like they are setting it up for. But not from his friends perspective, but from Soul Society's because of that one line from Rukia we got back like 10 chapters ago. ...but Ichigo would never.... and whatever his dad is up to will just be gay.

It's really, really odd that Ichigo is specifically trying to MURDER Tsukishima. Ichigo, remember, is reluctant to deliver killing blows to evil undead spirit monsters. He is definitely being fucked with in some way.
