How do you know Ichigo isn't a quincy himself? Maybe he's the super ultra energy absorbing messiah that the national socialists Vandenreich have been waiting for. And he gets two bows instead of one.

They`ll leave a plot twist like that when he fights someone that doesn`t has "Cannon fodder" written all over.

Being in Hueco Mondo will also cause his Hollow to re-awaken for another convenient power up. After which will be revealed that his mother was of the Quincy blood-line. I can actually see it happen that Ichigo will turn out to be something like that. I mean he is Human, Full Bringer, Shinigami, Vaizard....why not throw in Quincy too.

Or Shinobi. He could be a shinobi pirate.
