I like how there literally is NO character development for the enemy now. Kubo just wants to end this manga as fast as possible. And when there is any development, its for menial characters who die 3 panels later.

I would actually find this a suitable ending. Everyone retreat from SS and just cut Kenpachi loose.

Kenpachi unleashes Bankai and all the invaders are killed in one chapter by him going on rampage with it. Save for the leader of the Quincy who will fight Ichigo.

The series will end with Kenpachi and Ichigo having a rematch ala Rocky 3 style. I will approve of this ending and nothing else.
