This episode was utterly worthless, but perhaps the next episode will offer some mediocre entertainment, even though I suppose it's going to be a filler as well, based on frog hermit's thread, unless they randomly decided to insert a canon ep in the middle of fillers.
Ah, so this was filler then. It sure felt like it.
Was the last episode filler also?
I wonder if this means that all of these characters are going to be useless during the war so they're being given screen time through fillers.
Man, I finally get a Hinata ep and they knock her out for half the ep. :(
It's okay! There was still plenty of time for her to do that one thing that her character does!
I count that a blessing. Compared to what she did for example during the Pain fight, in this miserable filler she wouldn't have done anything cool, just like Kiba, Akamaru, and... was there somebody else in this episode... hmm... oh, Shino failed to do. They fought like bloody academy students, not like established ninja. Being a Hinata fan, I don't wish to see her underperform in a pesky filler.Quote:

There's no way this was canon. The previous ep had some elements that would have been surprising for a filler, like Itachi and Nagato.

Yeah, but I might have given the impression these fillers started already with the previous episode in my first post. UChessmaster obviously was talking about the previous episode since he said he hadn't even seen this one yet... Not much room for confusion there.Quote:
