Remember the Tree/Jyuubi hates ninjas and after Gai/Naruto basically defeated Madara it was the Tree that urged Madara to abosrb it. I think Madara is going to be played here and ultimately be discarded by the Tree when it gets all its chakra back from the ninja world.
