Why Kakashi is always Late??

I though it was about kakashi visiting his friends grave alot. or was it that hero-stone http://www.gotwoot.net/forum/html/emoticons/dry.gif . but sometimes its because he met a pretty woman or a black cat crossed his path...

well yea my theory is too that either he is visiting the grave, or he&#39;s just late.. you know it just sort of adds to his character and the humor of the story that he&#39;s always late and always gets distracted

and then later they can use him always being late to emphasise on his seriousness about something by having him show up on time for once
