look at supernova, they might have a package of all the manga from the beginning in one file, itll be less time consuming that way.
I personally like narutoblast.com, you don't have to download anything.
I got mine in a bundle with chapters 1-170 .Manga was on 172 at the time,so it was wicked.That was at www.narutochaos.tk but that site seems to be having gateway timeouts lately.

Naruto fans has all the chapters from 1-200,try their,or Narutochaos when its working.
