This website will be hosting the series VERY soon. It's the subbed version, and the downloads are even via HTTP, so you don't need to worry about download speed so much.

Kick Ass Anime has released 20 or so eps of it... but I guess you want it all as fast as possible, not in as good quality as possible.
Edit: Funny, KAA released the last eps today, all 26 of them can now be downloaded from them with BitTorrent.
