Hmmm... Why don't you just download the anime from here or from www.animesuki.com and download the manga from www.simplynaruto.com. And by the way, that www.narutochuushin.com is really so slow that I wouldn't use it if I could use some other site, of course that site is good at seeding, but it's guite boring to download files with a speed ~12kb/s when you could get it ~52kb/s from some other site.

They got it right here in gotwoot.net. Not too srue people still have the seeds runing. But They do have it. Don't download the DVD special, Unless you have the right player for it. I had to find out the hard way.
