Custom avatars are in! Due to the version of GD (for those of you that dont know, GD is a graphics library) we however dont have gif support. You can use jpeg's and png's. Dont worry about size, images are resized to the proper dimensions when upload, but just incase you need to know they are 60x60.
Login with your forum name/password to access the custom avatars section of our site.

DarkPhoenix: Make sure you go back and check the option that has something to due with "Use this avatar" or "Use this as default avatar" - if you don't check that, it won't come up. ^^
Also, from when I was uploading my avatar, I'm pretty sure you need to upload it FROM YOUR COMPUTER.
When I tried to point the Browse feature to the site my avatar was hosted on, I got a problem regarding the filetype, even though it was a jpeg.
I'm having the same problem. I select the button 'current' after I upload my avatar and then go back to the forum and it is still the stock one.Quote:

You have to select the "Use This Avatar" button on the UPLOAD page, preferably before you hit upload.Quote:

I like the avatar upload section.exactly like old GW.Now I think its time to reminisce of GW old days,now those were the days.
It matched with the old GW layout, yea, but it's really the website.
