Quick! Fast question, need an answer.

Well I need help with a picture...

I've got this picture and then i want it to be like half-invisible, like smooth behind the real picture, sort of a copy but one of the picture is less visible, behind the real pic...

I think you know what I mean it's in many signatures..

I think there's an option where you can make a layer transparent and shit. I dunno i can't remember it think it's in the layer option window. It's like a drop down list.

Itatchi, the easiest way to make an image semi-transparent is to use the opacity bar...on the top right of your layers' box, there's an option to lower opacity.

you can also right click on the layer and select blending options.

yeah opacity of that layer is what u wanna alter. and change the layer order if u wanna put the layer behind another
