How am I banned if Im able to post and make a New Topic Got any ANSWERS

Hey everyone theyve said that im banned but how am i still able to post and create a new topic if im banned do any of you people have an answer if u do plz post ur answer lol i wont name the person who sent me a private message saying that im banned

it was me there was a prob with the ban function when i did it. He will be gone once Ciber looks into it.
