Ban Release

i think currently i was ban in gotwoot cause i can't dl anything.

is there any way my ban can b lifted off.

the reason being mayb is bcause i do not seed long enough on wat i've dl.ed. please advice on wat should i do now, i'm new here & i was thinking tat by leaving my bittorrent client is consider seeding but i was wrong. is there anyway i can undone on wat i've did pls.
