Naruto > Goku why? Naruto isn't retarded.

Naruto may be loud and rush into battle, but he is still pretty intelligent, and the number one ninja at surprising people. He has on the spot clever tactics to back up his strength.

Goku pisses me off to no end. He would never finish off an enemy if they asked for forgiveness at the risk of getting Earth or the universe destroyed. He would also play around, he would always try to beat the enemy with as little power as possible, as if to prove he can do it at only SSJ 1 or something.
What completely blew my mind was:

1) After Goku got his ass kicked by Perfect Cell, he gave Celll a sensu bean so Gohan could fight Cell at his full strength.

2) Goku didn't turn SSJ3 early on, if he did he would have easily destroyed the Majin Buu's first form.
