Whats wrong with Naruto Series?!?!

i haven't tried any other anime series but 31-40 and 41-50 naruto are always getting the error 13 permission denied!! please.. anyone noe why? i've tried Shadow Client and the Official one but both still get the same errors! >.< Sorry for posting the same error over =/. But i've tried everything.. neone noe ne better solutions?

Here is the exact error message: "Error (06:29 PM) -
IO Error: [Errno 13] Permission denied"


It makes it sounds like i've been kicked or something =/.
Does my share rating have anything to do with it? cause its only 0.537 and it has a :-| smiley. =/
