Last time there was this guy in the forums. "Sexy no Jutsu", he created 2 awesome vids.

Hot blooded Nindo and Sasuke-Faint.

No idea where to download now since he's no more around.

did a search on amv.org for shikamaru amv's: found 2, this one and this one. I don't know how good they are, but they are direct downloads so you dont have to be a member to download.
can't find any kiba amv's on amv.org, but i'm sure there are some somewere else.
