the romanji text is a font called Platsch. Google turns it up here: http://www.webfontlist.com/pages/sta...58&x=Fonts
The kanji, is Kyo Madoka. Not sure where to find that one.
The english part is in Jr!Hand. It lists http://www.fontframe.com/tepidmonkey in the description....
