do we know they plan to only release it in english? this petition doesnt seem like it was written very well, in fact at first glance it looked like a petition to send a free copy of the DVD to everyone who signs it.

New Detail on Uncut 4Kids Titles
According to Absolute-0, the uncut DVD releases of Yu-Gi-Oh and Shaman King will be bilingual. The English dub tracks on the uncut DVDs will use the American character names, and will employ all of the original American voice actors to re-record the uncut episodes with new dialogue based on the uncut scripts.
I assume this will be the same for one piece also
