Port fowarding problemo.....

anyways.....i dont know much about pcs...but i went to the port fowarding site and i did all the steps but the last one....i dunno what to type into the ports to let my BT download faster....can someone give me some help XD....im confuzzled...im on win xp, using microsoft base station...and im not using a firewall

edit.....i put in the port numbers....so it goes like this now,

bit torrent 6881 - 6999 TCP 92.168.2 6 6881-6999

but its still slow...do i need to restart? or something?


scratch all of that above....ive figured out everything....but the private ip adress....i dunno that....can smeone tell me bit torrents private ip adress or whatever
