Naruto and Sasuke most likely have improved stats-wise but you get a general idea who was stronger at the time.
I dont recognize most of those character names, are they from the manga?

As for the page itself, I think it's cool that the gap between genins & jounins is so amazingly huge.
I like to think that a genin can never defeat a jounin. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] That would make it so the show lost much of it's shine IMO.

Wow the 3rd's stats are hugely stacked! Perfect 5 in everything except strength, speed, and stamina. And those are only because he's old; if he was younger he'd probably score perfect.
Was kinda disappointed they dont show the Sannin's stats, as well as Itachi's, would liked to see exactly how strong they are.
EDIT: And anyone else notice the extreme similarities between that site and narutofan.com? Seems kinda weird...

and shouldn't rock lee's strength be 5/5 since he is ab normally strong and speed should be higher with those weights off or is it counting with them on?

as for sakura, she's stronger than i thought. i thought it should all be 0/5 or something except for speed...she'll need it to run away.
if you look at it, kakashi is the most well rounded out of everyone listed and his total average is higher than all. (excluding the 3rd). i think that's safe enough to say that kakashi is konoha's most badass jounin (excluding sannin).
