I you want to laugh your ass watch Golden Boy. Tenchi Muyo GXP and Tenshi na Konamaiki are also extremely funny. Great Teacher Onizuka is very funny too but it also has drama.
get some Green Green also
But not the OVA. It's all about fan service, it has no story.
