Well, I suppose by banner you mean a signature. If you look ate the Gotwoot FAQ that you can find here (or simply click the FAQ button), there is a step by step guide that Krbadass has made for such a purpose. Make sure that your sig is 400x80, as said in the rules. Hope I could help.
