You mean the Gotwoot torrent is down? If that's the case, check out SEED-Fansubs. They're just as good and have already stated that they're continuing the series. When/if Haro^2 resurfaces, they'll have a torrent of the Aone/A-K episodes, but until then, if Gotwoot's are down then SEED-Fansubs is the only option.

I just tried downloading ep 20 and it was working fine.
