It's called Meteor and is performed by T.M.Revolution (who also voices Heine). And yes it's definately among the best GS/D songs.

For life? Oy vey... I mean, the themes in GS/D are great but come on.
I like TMRs stuff overall, like his music in other anime too. Though I guess more of a just TMR OWNZ!!!!!!!
