Raiden, MGS4.

The FFX cosplay are the only good ones in that set. The Raiden headgear's pretty awesome and lol @ the coat. Kinda clever yet disappointing at the same time since we don't see the full body suit.

Its not raiden per so, its Old Snake wearing the civilian disguise and the raiden face camo

Regardless of what it is, the face mask thing is pretty damn cool.
