I do detect a certain resemblance...
Who are the people from the top pic?
Captain Planet. You never watched Captain Planet when you were a kid?
Better question is, who are the kids on the bottom?
Captain Planet was a terrible show and a poor attempt to get kids to care about the environment.
Ride on the magic school bus! Yeah.
But don't take my word for it...
Being serious. I stopped watching kids shows a long time ago. When this show came out in 1994 I was in college already.
But like Sapphy said, it's from some show called "Ride on the Magic School Bus:"

dude the magic school bus is probably one of the greatest shows ever created. so fun and so educational. atleast 50% of the things i know about the real world are a direct result of watching that show.
imma go find a torrent and watch it all over again.
Edit: in case someone wants it
i've got no idea who the people in lower pic are - i know that top is from Capitan Planet.
It looks 'shopped to me. I mean, the place may be real, but that sign doesn't.

A couple months ago I saw this awesome parking job and had to take a picture.
I don't get it
You rarely see that at official parking lots, but during all manner of trade fairs, concerts, bigger exhibitions, and other activities arranged in places not normally seeing high traffic, you see bizarre parking. So that the people arriving last must also leave first for the first parkers to be able to navigate out at all. It's actually pretty amusing - as long as you park your own car sagely somewhere not obstructed easily right after you have turned your back to it.
