I haven't posted a picture in a while, eh? I suppose it's time I updated. We had a photoshoot for our website the other day with my lab group. So here's me with my coworkers and fellow students.

That's a very athletic John Krasinski to your right.
it's like a sitcom made in the year 2100, when the Koreans have taken over the world.
Oh first time i've seen Kitty
Somehow i pictured her with black hair and a halo
Koreans? Those guys are all Chinese, except for the one guy that's 1/4 chinese, 1/4 taiwanese, 1/4 japanese and 1/4 spanish.Quote:

@Archie: What, you've never seen one of my pictures before? You've missed such classics as 'KitKat dresses up as an Anbu for Halloween', 'KitKat plays DDR in a formal gown' and 'KitKat wears makeup for the only time in the past 5 years'
What the hell? A race? Like as in a foot race? For some reason that sounds like "The Underground Track and Field Circuit" or something. sounds like a Channing Tatum film in the making.Quote:

I had no idea Canada is full of Chinese people. I guess I learn something new everyday.Quote:

The race was more kinda like 'The Amazing Race' with little challenges in between the actual running bits, organized by the university.
And samson, this is Vancouver. The southern part of the city is about as close as you get to living in China without actually living in China. Our immigration laws are a lot less stringent than the USA, so this is the closest and easiest place for people to come from Asia, and most of them don't end up leaving this city.
After the Tiananmen Square (1989) incident, Australia and Canada were places of choice for anyone looking to migrate out of Hong Kong before the British handed it back to China in 1997.Quote:

I was genuinely amazed.
What was the occasion? Or were you actually in China?Quote:
