I think it would be pretty sweet if they did something special for the 100th episode...like found out that they have to sacrifice Sakura and Ino for the show to go on or somethin....Seriously though, naruto has changed me in a big way, now I do hand seals before alot of things (take a test....etc) i guess thats pretty weird...

From my experience on watching long running series... a 100th episode is nothing special, so dont expect anything

Does anyone have a episode guide from Japan or official notice that says the next episode is episode 100? I mean, we had a couple of 1-hour specials, which in some places could be considered 1 episode for the 1-hour specials. If that's the case, then the next episode would actually be only episode 97 in Japan.

Actually, what I find the best about Naruto is the community it has created. All my friends who had watched love it, and it is a good discussion item among them, especially pertaining to the gals point of view. It seems that the gals are even more enthusiastic than the guys. EDIT: Budweineken, how about we have Sakura and Hinata duke it out, and whoever is left standing after the fight gets to stay and the one that loses, dies? Sakura will definitely lose that battle. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]

Nah I dont think the hand seal do enough to counteract the loss of sleep and lack of studying from binge naruto watching...heh

BTW Hinata would kick Sakura's ass....and then say sorry and give her some ointment or some shit

My guess is that they counted those double eps as one episode which kinda sucks cause now ep100 is still weeks away!

well that kakashi/gai scene in the previews wasnt supposed to happen until a little while later, so this early stuff is kinda out of order.....not like its much of a big deal or anything

why is there a thread for episode 100. you guys are acting as if the next ep is gonna be some kind of grand finale of some sort... ep 100 shouldn't be any more special than episode, umm, i don't know 71?

lol it's only 100. look at POT man, it still hasn't been license. so don't expect naruto to be license.

The preview in 99 didn't say anything about it being a special so i"m not expecting there to be any, so probably just another regular episode. and kaigan true PoT is long and hasn't been liscened but I think it's little different between the two because I don't think there are a lot of sports anime in the U.S , so that's probably why it hasn't, probably if the manga sells well then they probably will look into it..but Naruto, pretty sure companies want to snatch that one up, just haven't yet

Yeah PoT is a very Japanese anime, I don't think it would do that well with the anime demographic in America (th e ones that watch onylwhats on TV that is), even though I like it a lot. Naruto on the other hand is probably perfect to be shipped ove here,I'm sure it would be a big success, even though it would kill me if they did it
