Whats the Average Strenght of a Jounin and Chunnin?

I don't think there is strong jounin and weak one's.

Look at the Info Card from the Spy in the Chuunin Exam .
That's the way we must see how power full a ninja is .

chuunin's average strength is that of a chuunin. jounin's average strength is that of a jounin. i hope i cleared it up for all of you.
