Sasuke VS Neji

If Sasuke can't use the seal, then the outcome of the fight should depend on the terrain. In an arena such as the one in the preliminary fights during the chuunin exam, Sasuke would probably win because, as has been said, there's just little that can be done against the sharingan in close up combat because it predicts the opponents moves. Now, in a setting like the forest, if neiji could do some long range combat, he would have the edge. With his byakugan he could keep track of Sasuke's movements and set traps or attack from a distance, or even get the jump on him. Sasuke would stand no chance in that kind of a fight.

My vote: Neiji.

Why? Because I think Neiji stands more of a chance against Sasuke in an arena battle than Sasuke does against Neiji in a forest battle. if Neiji were to use something like that mist jutsu to limit Sasuke's vision, and then use his byakugan to find and keep tabs on Sasuke, then Neiji would have essentially succeeded in transforming the terrain to one that contained some of the advantage of a forest.

Same old Jadugar for ya...nice debate dialogue . Keeps me ticking but anway Sasuke's in trouble 9 to 5 votes Neji. Another weakness that Sasuke has is when hes using the curse seal is that it inflicts pain after awhile leaving Sasuke open for attack. Neji is just like Sasuke.... the genius type who uses everything to their advantage. Curse Seal Lvl 2 would jus give Neji more body to hit with the wings everywhere which I don't think is making Sasuke any faster.

Sasuke at level 2 would murder everybody. Why do people even think Neji will have a chance?

Fine Sasuke can use the seal, therefore, sasuke would win in that situation. I'm saying, in the case he couldn't. And no I'm not contradicting myself, you're simply misunderstanding and partially quoting what I said. It was written in perfectly clear english. What are you on?

too many crackheads in here..if it was neiji vs sasuke without seal then we have a much more arguable topic than neiji vs sasuke w/ seal. like mutachi said, it's not even a question. look at it this way, sasuke has the most powerful seal (next to kimi) given by orochi. neiji barely won against the 2nd to last of the sound 4. sasuke at level 2 is greater than any of the sound 4 at level 2. sasuke would decimate neiji with level 2. and if this fight were to actually take place, do you see neiji beating sasuke (level 2) with a simple chakra flow blocking attack. that'd be the most anticlimactic finish i'd ever see.

Yes, Neji is damn good...and would probably have a better chance (or even win) under normal circumstances.

But if Sasuke has the curse seal, there's no contest.

Let me place my vote first: Neji

Why? What good of Sasuke? Sharingan , Chidori and Seal... (may be some fire skill as well)

Let fight in the dark (Shanrigan can't see anything, but Byakugan can see everything.)
Let fight for hand to hand combat (Chidori take too much time to get ready)
Let fight for long battle (Seal makes it even worst)

So, where is the prefect battle field to win Sasuke: Academic Professor Exam center (The one Mizuki blows up)
