when I say "Ninja Turtles" I mean animals that have ninja skills and can talk(they would have various animals that were like the turtles in that show)

Yes, now that it was mentioned and I had a better look, that might indeed be the case. But the Nanao cosplayer never was the hottest of that bunch posted, and I didn't have that good a look at her (he) back then. I will never get used to crossdressing people, and thus I will always remain gullible what comes to it, unless it's very obvious and gross.

Maybe this topic should be moved since it isn't just limited to Naruto anymore. Hmhm... (the power of admin monologues)

Anyway, some awesome cosplay coming up. It's Testament from Guilty Gear. Quite possibly one of the best cosplays I've ever seen:
