i noticed alot of people keep saying she's 12. i might have agreed with you at the beginning of the series but surely the characters have aged by now. naruto even looks a lot older than he did in the first episode.

Not one of the best? That is the understatement of the year! You could have replaced Team 7 with Bugs, Daffy, Elmer Fudd, and Marvin Martian and still have had the same effect as Ep. 101. Why bother going into character development for 100 episodes only to waste everyone's time with a garbage episode like that. If this was episode 1 instead of 101 I would not be Naruto fan. If you watch the half hour movie special, you can see that many Japanese Naruto fans (scenes in the auditorium) are around the age of ten. I suppose they are catering to that audience, I hope this does not mark a permanent change in the tone and maturity of the series.

Being that I was sick, I missed watching Naruto but after reading these posts more or less seems that I didn't really miss much

It had about 6 episodes (that were aired), and was considered to "adult" for primetime I guess. I think that it was on abc. It might have been too over the top when they showed him (as bill clinton) with 8 nipples breast feeding puppies lol. They would also have "After Dark" sketches, such as Food Network After Dark, with hot dogs going in and out of the bun, and stuff like that. 1996? i think it was on?
