New Breaking Benjamin single that was released yesterday. Sounds pretty good, in my opinion. Planning on seeing them in concert in May.

Sirirus Radio has been adding this older song to their set list lately. I can't get enough of it.

I haven't really listened to Trivium since "Ascendancy" was released. I stumbled across them again through Pandora. I'm liking what I hear so far.

It's been a long time since I last truly enjoyed some music, other than soothing classical I mean.
Insanely high replay value for me!
Mind you, this piece of art was directed by none other than Shinichiro Watanabe himself. In his second collab (the previous being Blade Runner Black Out 2022) Flying Lotus shows that he MOS DEF needs to do a full soundtrack on an anime series by the legend. Samurai Champloo is my all time favorite anime after all (R.I.P. Nujabes).

The first take channel shows japanese artists singing their song in a very simple setting and in one go.
That version by LiSA is just incredible. Some variations from the more polished studio version, but still a powerfull interpretation.

Rather atypical cosplay for Pan Piano :'D
It would take a lot of convincing for me to believe that Band Maid wasn't the best touring (or metal) rhythm section in all of a Japanese rock:

And that Kanami wasn't one of the Top 5 guitarists in Japan period (she does all the band's arrangements). Akane is probably the best active drummer in the country (besides her idol and influence from Maximum the Hormone). The Log Horizon OP they were commissioned to do is 210 bpm! Faster than Through the Fire and the Flames by Dragonforce.
They couldn't tour last year, so they just put out a new album right on the heels of the last one they released.

There's maybe one "meh" song on every three of their albums.
I agree. I hope I can get to see them at Japan Expo some day... when Japan Expo happens again...
I was considering getting tickets to Inkcarceration last year. Band Maid and a ton of other great bands were on the lineup for 2020.
Been a minute since I was able to find/access these forums again.
Ever since my HDD died back in 2011-12-ish, my music game has been met with low maintenance. Which lead to a late discovery from last year which has been on repeat ever since.
It's funny how some artists just pop back in your head so you do a Spotify search to see if they're on it.
Man, what a musically rich, ten track album this is! Good to see those artist from back then only get better with time!
