Maybe, I will say I usually love dark story, but killing and basically raping 12 yr old girls is just too much for me. Maybe if they expanded on the world domination story they were working on I would have enjoyed it a little more.

Ok Noir is HORRIBLE it moved so slow the grass was growing and I found myself unable to finish watching it.
Samarai Deeper Kyo was increadably mediocre but I have seen worse its still a terrible series but not close to the worst.
Slam Dunk had amazing biplay I don't like Basketball yet the series always entertained me it doesn't belong anywhere near this topic.
I forgot to mention Avenger and Peacemaker (whatever) both of these series took a good premise and did there best to make the anime as uneventful and boring as possible. Now that takes tallent.
Samurai Champloo, Soukyo no Fafner, Texnohlyze, DBGT, Last Exile, Ikkitousen, Ninja Scroll TV, Noir, Madlax there's some more but i can't remember them right now
Noir!? That's one of the best animes I have ever seen. It moved slow like and old movie cause it was supposed to have a dramatic effect. It may not have been an action packed Naruto series but it was tense. It's like unfolding opening a piece of mail that could change your life (ex: SAT scores/college acceptance letter). Maybe it was cause I saw all 24 eps in one day so I didn't wait a year but I still thought it was great like Gunslinger Girl (which I did watch slowly).

LOL seriously, you guys have not seen truely bad anime if you think series like last exile, samurai champloo, and even DBGT are anywhere near the worst ever made.
Last Exile and Champloo are pretty good, anyway..

While not the worst anime ever I found Noir about as entertaining as watching flies circle my stool. Wait, no, the action with the flies is better to watch even. I made it through like 20 episode of Noir before I stopped downloading because I was simply wasting my time.
One of the most disappointing 'girls with guns' series I've ever seen. Big conspiracy plot that deals with the characters' tragic pasts and two pretty (albeit one pre-pubescent by like 2 years) girls shooting at uncapable enemies does not a good anime make. I'll pass on that cliche-rolled joint thank you very much. I recommend others to do the same.

E.Y.E.S. of Mars (or something like that) was another god awful movie I saw a long time ago. How many freaking ways can you rehash the "brilliant civilization destroys itself and becomes Atlantis (obviously to destroy itself again)" plot?

If your picking either Berserk or Tenchi Muyo you have obviously never seen a bad anime.
I'd like to give a special mention to Mouse anime...
while it's not nearly the worst anime i've seen (as you've seen in previous pages, i've watched a fair share of crap), it's defintally one of the more annoying, they took a rather intresting story (everybody loves phantom thives stories!) and turned it into utter crap with flashed out ecchi scenes...
seriously, the hero had three side assistants, each with her own 30 pounds of meat on the cheast , and all three kept boggelling (note; i'm quite sure this isn't a real word) thier tits around the episode, taking all the screen time away from what could be at least a medicore action/comedy anime... and then they wasted half of the show on flashbacks which were supposed to show how the three nymphomaniac girls become the hero's sex slaves...
anyway, it was crap, i still watched it cuz it was up for http download, the only intersting point of the story was that one of the girls had a rape fantasy, which is something you don't usually see in animes...
oh, TruthofMistake, you might want to download any of the series mentioned in the thread, it'll give you a little idea on about how bad a show can get. Really, dissin' berserk and tenchi as the worst? that'd like saying your life is over becuase you missed an episode of naruto.. you've got to get yourself some standarts...
