The dub is actually pretty good. Here's my review:
1. Voice Actors: The VA's chosen for each character were perfect, I have no problems in this department. Shikamaru and Iruka's could've been better but I'm still happy with them. The best part about this is that when the Naruto games come over here to America, not only will the dialogue be understandable but also enjoyable.
2. Censorship: Pretty much, only the blood has been censored out. This includes Nose Bleeds and wherever there is an excessive amount (like in the screenshot comparison The Next Hokage posted, or when Iruka was hit by Mizuki's Shuriken, and was supposed to cough out blood instead of nothing). I hate censorship in all its forms but my friend tells me that along with the Edited DVD's (3-4 episodes per DVD), Uncut episodes will be released on their own DVDs in a batch of 13 episodes at about $20 (might be more...not sure). So look forward to that.
3. Pronounciation: I think only Tom pronounced Naruto as it is pronounced in its original format, when the show went to commercials. Jutsu wasn't pronounced right either. Thankfully, they didn't use Viz's awful "Art of the Doppelganger" translation from the licensed manga. Shadow Clone works for me. Genin wasn't pronounced right either, I think. But at least their not using another one of Viz's shitty translations, like Journeyman.
4. Opening and Ending: Suck. At most, they should have at least kept Wind, seeing as how Wind is in English.
Overall, this is definetly a decent dub (though it can't match Cowboy Bebop). I'll still be sticking with AnimeOne's subs, but I think I'll watch the dub, just to see what else has been edited, and to see what voices they choose for the other Genins. I'm going to start buying the DVDs (uncut only) to support it as well.
