*blinks* um he used the other tsukuyomi and Amaterasu on a completely differn't day from when he fought Kakashi and Gai. Atleast as far as I recall.

Itachi ran off after the fight because he had already used tsukuyomi and that drained him of most of his strength.

On the other hand when he used the Amaterasu he did not use tsukuyomi on Sosuke he used a regular Genjutsu on him which was applied with his sharingan.
