1UP is down, but what online videos? If you mean the trailers, I saw them already. Two great websites where you can see them are here -

I think you need to be registered to GameSpot to have access to some of the Gameplay Videos, but I'm not sure, since I've been a member for a couple of years. As for GameTrailers, everything is free, and I don't think the quality isn't degraded at all.
