Hmmm...damn should I pick up that 1/100 destiny for the stand? I heard those are limited edition... so unless a MG version of destiny comes out I might just pick up that 1/100 destiny instead...
EDIT:: BTW does anyone know if the 1/100 Destiny has the "Energy" wings? I'm wondering because I used google to translate this site http://www.geocities.jp/hetare_d_max/gallery.html and about half way down, they stated that the 1/100 Destiny gundam does not show the energy wings in those pics.

Forgive me for my ignorance, but what are scratch build gundams? I noticed that freedom is significantly different from my MG freedom and the head is just badass.
EDIT:: Also for the painters, which is the best time (or time you prefer) to paint your gundams? Before or after building them?
Scratch built Gundams are custom designed and made by seasoned modellers. They are not for sale and not released by Bandai. Most MSVs are scratch built as well.

1/60's are too big IMO... takes up too much space... but yea that is pretty nice.

Waiting for my Astrays (Red and blue 2nd L) to get here... also ordered like 30 bucks worth of gundam markers. Now heres a little question, my METEOR model is already constructed but I plan on going over some parts with the markers. Among one of the parts, I want to actually paint on the decals. Any tips on how to do this? (The part I'm mainly concerned with is where it says Mobilesuit Embedded Tactical EnfORcer, I want to paint it on with the black marker.) And I just realized that I ordered 2 black fine point markers and forget to get a fat ended black marker so I guess I can be really exact with my coloring.
