If you are just starting out, you might want to give TW a try. They are a little behind on the subs, only up to episode 14 I think, but they are the best as far as translation and quality are concerned.
Most people don't go with them because they are so far behind, but like I said, if you are just starting out then it doesnt matter until you get passed where they are.
