What's so bad about turning into a fairy when we've seen people turn into an ogre, demon, dinosaur, and the devil last arc. They still have to fight and convert Sasame cousin before this arc ends. Would've been cool if he was the one to kill them instead of Oro.
cuz all who did those transformation have a cursed seal which has a 90% chance to kill you when you get it. and to be able evolve the cursed seal so much it alters your apperance you need to die once.

so yeah it is bad, if they can transform without a other reason then using some chakra and a few seals, to completely evolve in a permanent new body. (you saw he/she didnt change back)
