this filler had some potential but that vanished after i saw this ep.
there was so much going on that left me in disgust and slightly confused.

@Whoever came with the Arashi should have been the guy that Orochimaru took over suggestion: Damn man, I thought the same thing throughout the episode. They did resemble each other, and that would have been a very neat plot twist. I guess when it comes to these things we can't hope for too much though...
the rest of the episode may have sucked but i did find it very funny that Jiraiya got "special favors" from the fuuma clan because they admired him so much 8) and if you don't know what that means then you need to go talk to your mommy and daddy 8) and come on... you guys did'nt like that ugly dude that turned into a cute girl, who is fearless enough to reach into her own chest and pull out her own heart while its still beating? you guys are a tough crowd to please hehehe.

Useless3? Well I disagree with you. While she may end up somehow saving the day next episode with some crappy angst filled drawn out decision to stand up and fight, she is still useless. She has always been more of a liability and burden than any sort of help. The stuff she does is almost all on basic rookie level, she has no great jutsus, no real offensive or defensive skills and fills up screen time... she's been draggin this show down forever.Originally posted by: Neko Haruko

She's almost as bad as Sasame. Not only could I care less about this girl's sob story, but she comes in the nick of time to save the day with some super-duper unexplainably powerful device that saves our hero once again. I don't know whats worse, useless characters that waste screen time and whom I couldn't care less about, or filler-bitches that are so convienent on their timing and saving the day but return to being a piece of trash right afterwards...

I'd like to see the Sakura you are talking about.
I still have some hope for her, but if she doesn't do something soon, she'll annoy people more and more...
And then, maybe it's time for a new "main-like" char to show up...
Or give others more screentime...
