    right from during the chunnin exam elimination round where orochimaru told kabuto to kill sasuke.

    oro: kabuto, whats the meaning of this?

    oro: YOU BETTER
    kabuto: hehe...yeah

    oro: i'm just kidding kabuto, i love you
    kabuto: yes sir
    oro: see you tonight
    kabuto:....bye sir.

    The atsuki will tell Tobi to kill Orchimaro in order to get in. That way it will be ensured that we see Sasuke in the next arc. I can see it already. Tobi goes in and owns a bunch of Orchimaru's cursed seal goons then faces off against a new and improved Sasuke.
